This is a followup ---- The tickets and circumstances why I am placing this to support at adam4adam is obvious. These are not solved. Are you going to respond to my twitter:

Adam4Adam, are you going to acknowledge your security hole? Then are you going to acknowledge me in the ZenDesk Support Tickets? or are you we going to play cat and mouse for another year? http://adam4adam-zendesk.fuckeduphuman.net/
If you do not treat this ticket as serious as it deserves.... I have no other option but to report my findings to the FBI.
What should I do if someone is harassing or abusive?
If you are being harassed or abused though the site we suggest that you BLOCK the member and forward any abusive emails to us at support@adam4adam.com along with the screen name of the member sending them. Do not reply to emails or instant message from him and do not post comments about him in your profile, which will only inflame the situation.
You also have the option to use the "Report User" link that is found in each email received in your Adam4Adam mailbox.
We also suggest that you review our "Safety Tips". They may help you in the future. Please scroll down to the bottom of the Safety Tips page to see other resources that may be helpful in this situation.
In most cases if you ignore the member they will stop if they get no reaction from you.

in most cases, the source is not the website admin ignoring the issue and solving the tickets like you have been doing. So, I can prove your bias in this case. The case is self-evident.
